This helps reduce anxiety, quiet overthinking, and often leads to creative insights or a clear, focused mind afterward. • Full-body recovery + skin rejuvenation: The magnesium-rich water eases muscle tension, supports recovery, and can reduce inflammation. Avoid caffeine 3 hours before your float. Have a light meal or snack before. Arrive 15 min early for your FIRST float. Bathing suits are NOT needed. Do not shave or wax 12 - 24 hrs before your float. Do not dye your hair less 3 days before your session. Use the bathroom. Turn OFF your cell phone. Remove contact lenses (bring a case with you.) Remove all jewelry. Get naked. Use earplugs (provided). SHOWER Use petroleum jelly (provided) on cuts or scrapes. Dry your face thoroughly. Relax and JUST BREATHE.
